daza 0 Posted February 2, 2008 Just took my drivers seat out to check the upper left bolster and it seems that the bar that the foam fits round has snapped off both ends, has anyone else had this happen and is it a pain to get sorted?

If you can get another frame the 1/2 leather covers can be quite easily removed and swapped over - just remove the foam from the seat back with the cover. The all cloth trim seems to be fixed differently, though.
daza 0 Posted February 2, 2008 (edited) Thanks for reply mate but i would rather try and weld it back on so i will look tomorrow and try and get to it,but if that doesn't work then it will be another frame. Edited February 2, 2008 by daza

Fair enough! - remove hog rings from bottom of seat cover and from where the leather joins the cloth- there are rings right at the top that are v. difficult to get to. then pull the cover and foam off in one piece, I wouldn't try to separate the two. You then have a bare frame to repair
