Jacking Up The Back

So I need to drop my existing beam and obviously need to jack the rear up but where - that's the question? I need to get axle stands under the sill points that are re-inforced for jacking so where is "safe" to use a trolley jack on that still leaves the existing points available for the axle stands?

Use the beam, in the center and jack the whole back in one go.

Or if the spare wheel is in the way, use the bottom of the shock mounts that's where I normally jack from.

Cheers - I looked at the shock lower mounting points but wasn't sure but I'll give that a go.
