Pikey Air Mod

When "tickering" with the 205 today I noticed how restrictive the air intake is. It goes to the front grill but is completely covered. So.... I did this;

Should make a difference to how much get gets chuffed up there and you can't really tell it's been done. About to take it out for a little drive now.... (Yes I was bored this morning :blink: )

Are you free at the moment, I can pop the alternators down quickly if so? (I've had them waaaay too long).

 

Just had a quick play on some of the back roads, it's feeling quick today!!!! Got stuck behind a saab 9000 tho doing 30mph, booooring.

Ruipertfinch - that WAS a lovely engine bay a couple of years ago, sadly neglected today :P

good effort, could never understand why pug put a cold air feed to airbox then blocked it with the grill :blink: same goes for the grill under the bumper thats usually blocked with a big plastic flap!

I went the easy way and just removed that whole plastic strip at the front that blocks the air intake.
