If the front indicators are E marked then you don't need them. Think 205 ones are ok to not need them.

I've got a set of ph1 rear clusters in the garage, £5+postage? is it just the lense bits you need not the reflector+bulb bit yeh?

Side repeaters are needed for the MOT. My friends 205 had replacement wings without the repeaters and it passed several MOTs without being noticed but in the end one tester failed it so we bought some nasty chav stick on LED horrors and put them on for the test and took them straight off afterwards. Pre 1986 or something cars don't need them but after that they do.

Think I have a pair of side repeaters. Also the wiring runs through and joins to the wiring for the front indicators, so if you pop the headlights out you should be able to see where it runs, and then hopefully repair it and feed it back through.

Thirded. Although I once had an '84 Fiesta fail because of a lack of side repeaters. It wasn't really worth the hassle to get The Ministry involved though, so I just drilled out some holes and fitted a set of cheapo's :)

I have a pair of white Ph 1 lights hanging around somewhere if you get (really) desperate.
