Speedlines, Whats The Difference

Hi i have taken my speedlines of my little pug so i can get rid of the massive scuffs, kindly left by previous owners, and to get them sprayed white, i was just wondering i have three wheels that say italian and the other french, i was just wondering what the difference's where if any?

Italian Speedlines are about 1kg lighter and are identifiable by recessed lettering whereas French SMR copy has raised lettering. Check it out on search
