joni 0 Posted January 16, 2008 My 205 1.6 gti servo is not working correctly. If you start the car and use the brakes the servo works fine but if you press the brake pedal a few times the pedal goes hard like the servo isn't working. I don't have a sunroof anymore so there is a continuos pipe from the inlet manifold to the servo. Therefore i expect i have a leak in the pipe to the servo or a hole in the servo diaphragm.
