I am going to refurbish my beam (well one of the ones out the back) the beam was O.K. when it came off the car it has just been outside on the floor for about 18 months. What parts should i change and has anyone got the part numbers.

Get it to pieces first, you'll then know what you need. As a minimum replace the bearings and the seals. Other than that depends on the condition of the beam tube and the pivot shafts.

yep, as Tom said strip it down first, you may only need the bearings and seals, or you may need a few fixings, shafts and a replacement tube on top of the bearings and seals.

As mentioned you do need to take it apart before deciding what you need as it's hard to gauge the condition of the bearings from just looking at the external condition though if you've had dodgy handling/squeaks/knocking then it's likely to need new bearings/shafts.

How many do you have? You may have to strip several to find good trailing arm shafts and a usable crosstube.

If the outer bearings are still intact, although one of the trailing arms is slightly pitted, is the tube likely to be serviceable?

Generally so long as the bearing casing is still intact then the tube should be fine - so long as of course as someone hasn't done a bodged recon in the past using an ovalled tube which they've chucked new bearings in (I've seen a couple now!)
