Thanks,

Hand held jigsaw. You can use a hacksaw, I have a handy handle wich you can put half hacksaw blades in

(might take a while though!)

just to make sure the sheet is firmly affixed to something so it doesnt flex or vibrate to much = split.

Alternatively buy polycarbonate and it won't crack or chip at all.

Is it easier if it is thicker? praps I've been trying stuff that is too thin (cheap)

The price in that thread seems quite good to me. When I did the ones on my car I think it cost about £90 for the sheet but this was 5 years ago then lots of farting around cutting them, getting to exact shape and all that. I would much rather pay that £200 ish for a decent set

I've bought 3x 1000x500mm sheets of 4mm polycarb for £33 +p&p, which is enough to do the side windows.

I severely recommend not using acrylic as it shatters and cracks very easy! One small stone and it could crack down the middle.

For polycarb use a wood blade in a jigsaw.

Is that front and rear side windows?

And is cutting it slowly better or give it some stick on full speed. ;)
