What Does An Xu 8 Valve Head Weigh?

As tittle, does anyone know what a standard 1.6/1.9 XU 8 valve head weigh with cam and rocker cover?

I need to post one and need to work out the cost.

hi mate i just used a courier service ryan uses and they picked up and delivered an exhaust to me for 7.99 NEXT DAY!!! think its up to 30ks
