Anthony 1,003 Posted January 10, 2008 1.6 calipers are Bendix (except ABS models) and 1.9 calipers are Girling. I personally prefer the Girling design as it doesn't seem to age/wear anywhere near as badly as Bendix calipers, but they're a fair bit heavier. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
