Pob 1 Posted January 10, 2008 Hi all, I replaced the clutch on my 205 a couple of months ago. Everything is great, works perfectly. If I hold it on the bite or using the clutch quite a bit, I get a really nasty smell in the car. Not burn, it smells like a bin. I fitted a Valeo 3 piece kit Any ideas? Thanks, Dan

Pob 1 Posted January 10, 2008 Stop slipping it would be my advice? So you don't slip your clutch at all? I'm not riding it like an old granny. Even reversing it onto my drive will cause it (Drive is on a slope) Dan
welshpug 1,657 Posted January 10, 2008 I don't "Slip" my clutch at all, just gradual on with it, no need to slip it.
