(all relate to a 1.9 GTi G plate) 1) How much brake fluid is required for a full drain, re-fill and bleed 2) How much oil is required to do a complete fill from drained 3) How much gearbox oil is required to do a complete fill from drained 4) How much coolant is required to do a complete fill from drained Thanks... davemar 16 Posted January 9, 2008 Engine oil is 5.5 litres, so just chuck in a whole container's worth. Gearbox oil is 2 litres. Not sure about the coolant or brake fluid. With the brake fluid it is difficult to say as you'll be feeding a fair amount through until all the air bubbles have gone, so it will vary. I suggest a 2 litre bottle of it will cover the job.
