Turbo Exhaust From Turbo Back

helllo guys im thinking of fitting a t25 hybrid to my tt manifold what exhuast bolts on to the back of the turbo to give to me the flange to bolt my exhuast to?

Its a custom Turbo Technics exhaust flange, This will then mate up to take a standard exhaust,
