skinner2k3 3 Posted January 3, 2008 I have found a 205 with non-opening rear windows down the scrappy. I want the window rubbers and to get the glass out to make a template for cutting Polycarb. skinner2k3 3 Posted January 8, 2008 Well, I had the car put on the deck for me in the end. I got the rubbers out ok, but I dont think the scrap yard will make much money on the glass now! Gave up trying to lever them out as it was cold and raining, so put a screw driver under the edge and levered until....pop goes the window! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Tom Fenton 1,542 Posted January 8, 2008 All you need is a mate to catch the glass for you, get in the car lay on the back seat, both feet flat on the glass, towards one of the corners, and then just a firm but controlled "push" and the glass will push out of the rubber intact, ready for your buddy to catch it for you. Ah well, maybe next time. Actually thinking about it it was in the scrappy and full of various bit of car and broken glass from the rear hatch, plus I was on my own.
