sutol 0 Posted December 30, 2007 Before I fit Quickshift to car, will it make wrong gear selection an issue ? What I dont want is to be selecting 3rd instead of 5th if they are too close together on the stick or dropping down to 2nd instead of 4th by mistake. Done this once and trashed an engine ! Any veiws appreciated
Super Josh 4 Posted December 30, 2007 I used a quickshift with a six speed 'box. It was the reduced length 'L' bracket type. This only reduces the for and aft throw, so the spacing between the gears remains exactly the same. Josh
