welshpug 1,657 Posted December 29, 2007 you wont be able to fit your new mounting with the battery tray removed as it is part of the bracket. refit the battery tray/gearbox mounting bracket, the stud on the gearbox should poke up through the middle of the bracket, raise the gearbox up with a trolley jack and place the new mounting onto the stud. Fit washer with cutout, fit 18mm nut. lower gearbox so that mounting fits over the 2 studs in the bracket and fit the 2 13mm nuts, try and get the studs central in the slots. hope that helps, I couldn't find any photographs of mine though I'm sure I took some!
