Martin W 0 Posted December 26, 2007 I've removed the heater and matrix etc from inside the car and now I have the hole over the bulkhead that I need to block off. How have other people covered this? I was thinking of a thick piece of plastic and a large jubilee clip to cover/seal it. Is there a better way? Thanks, Martin.

Martin W 0 Posted December 26, 2007 Ah good point, i've just removed mine too and hadn't thought that far yet lol I've just got the heater 'hole' and sunroof 'hole' to fill now. Sunroof is easy with a sheet of ali. I just want it to be properly water tight as the hole left from removing the heater is right above the fuse box!
welshpug 1,657 Posted December 26, 2007 for quite a while I thought you mean where the hoses go through the bulkhead Martin bit of ally and silicone sealant do the trick?
