vickiw106 1 Posted December 4, 2007 (edited) Please can anyone help? I am currently in the build of a 1600 205 and trying to get the gearing sorted with spending too much money (I know Im a tight git) I came across and topic on the ausie frog’s forum with said that in Australia Peugeot produces a final drive of 17x81 which is 4.76 in the 307 xsp (be4 gearbox) But more interesting was that it was also produced it in the Citroen xantia be3 gearbox) Can any help in either shedding some more light on this or does anyone have a contact in Australia that maybe able to help Thanks Ian Edited December 4, 2007 by vickiw106
petert 585 Posted December 4, 2007 That's correct, 2L manual Xantias have the 4.7 cwp because they run 185x65/15 tyres. I suspect all over, not just in Australia.
