pp205 17 Posted December 1, 2007 Hi, I took my old engine and gearbox out today and put in my Mi16 but when I took the gearbox off the block I realised my new input shaft seems to be the wrong one. When I was at Peugeot buying it I had the option of one with or without a gasket. They had in stock the one without so I took it hoping it was right. But obviously when I took off the gearbox the one that was on there had the gasket Does anyone know why there are the 2 different types and how are you meant to tell which one you need?
