New Zimmermann 288x28 mm discs (front), CL RC5+ pads (front + rear) and a strutbar.

Will run with standard calipers and discs in the rear.

Got my engine mounts from Baker yesterday. So the engine might get into place within a couple of weeks. :D

Then I had to test how it will look with the wheels fitted.

Don't have the car in that garage yet. So it's no drinking and tuning. Need to redecorate it first, can't have a Peugeot in a garage with BMW M-stripes.

No need to redecorate the garage. Get a nice BMW M-model, preferbly one from the '80s-'90s ;)

Another tip is to change the M-stripes to the PTS stripes

Will be no stripes at all. Just plain white. Maybe a 205 GTI logo in the floor. :P

Really need to know where people are getting these arches please. This subject has been going on for ages, and so far 'eBay' is the only answer I get. I contacted the guy but he does not have any at the moment. PLEASE HELP !!

its pretty simple really, wait for the guy on ebay to make some, make your own, or commission someone to make them for you.

I can supply these, I made the set currently on Colin's hill climb car.

PM me for details.

Just found out that I haven't uploaded any pictures with the brakes in place.

2.jpg

Need to buy spacers to get some clearance between caliper and wheel.

3.jpg

The rear works fine. But I'm not sure if the wheel will fit within the arches or not.

Lexus tested the passenger seat and gave a paw up.

On Friday will a new chapter in this Pugs life take a start..... Stay tuned...

Today was the day when the distance between me and the car was shortened from 70 km to 10 meters (If I'm in bed. ).

Hopefully will this speed up the project!

You are doing a lovely job. However I am

Not convinced by your oil cooler location against the headlamp panel, as air will not easily flow over the cooler as if cannot escape behind it.

I will test it this way. If it doesn't work then I make some holes behind the cooler.
