Mi16 Iscv Pipe Connection Questionings

Simple question:

 

The rubber pipe that connects the ISCV to the inlet - is it just a friction fit or should it also be secured using a jubilee type clip?

 

Mine isn't. I'm just checking the old devil for air leaks due to the old hesitation when hiting the gas.

Mine is just pushed on.

Always clip them on with all the other pipes, But when new push fit is fine
