OK, I am having some issues too.

 

Every light on my car (h/lights, brake lites, even reverse lites) flicker lightly but when the revs drop to below 700 when its hunting, they don't actually flicker

Lower voltage will cause light to dim a bit, e.g. when alternator output drops off at very low revs.
