I'd Like To Build A Complete Oe Engine Management Loom

I found the crimp terminals that sit inside the JPT fit the ECU plug off a 406 16v. I'm sure Bosch haven't changed the internal design of the plug so I believe the terminals would fit a 2 row one as well. Someone posted a list of the ECU plugs with 3 row fitment on other cars, that was in my topic. Someone had a 4.1 Motronic Haynes Manual maybe and it listed the cars they are used in.

Also what is the difference between a junior power timer and a junior timer?

Ryan

The junior power timer plugs are quick-release, whereas the junior timers one have the normal wire clip and that's a pain the remove.

Did you manage to find a 7 pin JPT plug for the ignition amp?

I'm pretty sure you haven't looked properly in the Bosch connector download a few posts back. I'm sure the ignition amp connector is in there, as is the ICV, TPS and AFM.

Also: you should look at getting a DIYAutotune.com pre-made MS loom. It's just 12ft of good quality, coloured and labelled wire. It includes labels every 6" printed onto the wires, covers all of the components you'll ever need and includes a shielded signal wire for the CAS.

Wow, good thing I looked on here this morning. Just cancelled my order at VWP for a load of wiring and ordered this instead. I looked through the bosch connector download. Which of my questions made you say I hadn't? ;) Can the plugs be ordered from bosch?
