How To Remove Ignition Lock Switch?

I have found a complete lock set with petrol cap and glove box finally!

But what is the easy way to remove Ignition lock switch? It doesnt seem to want to come out?

Turn the key between pos. 1 and 2, the Lock should come free now.

I hope the reason you are changing is not because of a lost/broken key, There is a screw into the side of the barrel and then the key is needed to enable you to push a brass looking keu upwards and then the barrel can be removed. If you have had a look i think you will see what i mean. Cheers Phill
