Stu 18 Posted November 8, 2007 They're batch fired mate so you can put them on anyhow, you'll find they'll fit better some ways rather than others.
wardy18 33 1 Cars Posted November 8, 2007 ah brilliant, so they all fire at the same times?! i suppose it all happens so fast its pretty much a constant flow..... as long as ur sure they all fire at the same time and i can fit them wherever thanx mate, such releif
Miles 331 1 Cars Posted November 8, 2007 Yep as said they will go on anyway and tend to only fit on the injector they came from now with the wires going hard with age, When they were new it was different as they where nice and flexi!!
wardy18 33 1 Cars Posted November 8, 2007 fine job thats great, thought that was gonna get really complicated looking forward to see how it goes as ive had 28 thou skimmed off the head while it was off, see what difference it makes to the drive
McPikie 0 Posted November 9, 2007 erm, surely if they all firect at once this will be wasted fuel?
tom_m 0 Posted November 9, 2007 erm, surely if they all firect at once this will be wasted fuel? it all ends up in the engine eventually
jackherer 543 Posted November 9, 2007 there are no significant differences in top end, wide open throttle, horsepower between batch fired and timed systems. We have also not seen any significant differences in fuel economy between the two strategies from http://www.sdsefi.com/techseq.htm
