Fuel Pressure Regulators, Compatability?!

are gti6 and Mi16 pressure regulators compatible?

 

they look the same and have the same pressure written on them, they fit in the ame way, but when I swapped the Mi into the gti6 rail fuel just pissed out past it! is it just that the seals are so old that they're knackered? as it was a damn struggle to pull it our, and I think i may have damaged it as its now dented

managed to find that the Mi is 1985 05, and Peugeot want £60.70p inc vat non-trade! anyone know the part no for tehgti6 one?
