Reverse Gear On Be1/be3 Boxes Interchangeable?

Hi,

A question for the more knowledgeable out there. Can i change my BE1 1900 Gearbox to BE3 style reverse.

As the 1600 i,m now using is BE3 , which i much prefer . Has any one done this conversion???

Not easily, you could take the 1900 CWP and 1st cluster out and fit it into the BE3 box BUT I've not done it and really it's easier to go and buy another BE3 1900 box I think,
