Mi16 Wiring: Injector Relay Vs Fuel Pump Relay

As above, just coming up to wiring the mi, i bought the car already converted (which in hindsight was a big mistake, to put it bluntly it was a pile of doggy doo)..

 

Ive got a green relay which i think is the fuel pump relay, with the loom route as it is it falls by where the jack would normally be, next to this is 4 crimp tags with a bridge wire across 2 terminals and into the green relay socket, i think this 'was' the injection relay, i can only assume the relay went and it was bridged out.

 

SO back to my question, are these green relays inertchangeable? the wiring diag shows one with diodes across the relay coil, whereas the other is open.

 

Ive also got two green relays by the header tank, what are these for?
