Ethos 0 Posted October 24, 2007 When cleaning the throttle body I noticed this nipple with nothing plugged onto it, couldn't blow any air down it but was just wondering JUST incase it's meant to have something on it It's on a 1992 1.6 gti; http://www.aoyt95.dsl.pipex.com/IMAGE_051.jpg Thanks. pug_ham 245 3 Cars Posted October 24, 2007 That hole does nothing, its blank. I@ve just tested this by filling one witl solvent, its still full 10 minutes later. There is no corresponding hole on the inside of any of the throttle bodies I have that are the same as that one. There are two different TB's, the other which doesn't have that pipe at all. Graham.
