dean 0 Posted October 12, 2007 (edited) I no i have posted this question many of time but i have still not got any really detailed pictures or answers on what pipes to use to put a gti6 engine into a 205. im after some pics of the pipe going from the thermostack housing to the top of the rad and from bottom of the expansion tank to were ever that goes any pic or answer would be great as this is my first conversion and im only 17 so dont really no too much Edited October 12, 2007 by dean Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Richie-Van-GTi 71 2 Cars Posted October 12, 2007 dean are you using a water cooler that needs a feed from the pipe in question? If not then the way I done mine was to use about 3 inches of the gti6 top hose from the thermostat end then some of the standard top hose at the rad end. These were cut and fitted so they pointed at each other, then the gap was taken up with a 30cm piece of ally pipe beaded each end.
