Where To Put The Mi16 Ecu In A 205

hi,

 

right need a quick answer, where have you guys found the best place for the ecu of a 405 mi16 to be located in a 205 gti?

 

im doing my loom tomorrow, so wanting to know the best place, the engine bay where the jack goes? or just where the normal 1.9 ecu goes, if i make a bracket?

did you have to make a bracket mate?

with a bit of wiggling you can get it on at a slight angle on two out of four bolts on the standard ecu bracket.

As jackherer says mine is in the original 8v position. If you put it in at an angle you can get two bolts to match up and bobs youre uncle. Just make sure it dosent foul the top of the accelerator though as it can get stuck fully open if it does.
