Bassman 1 Posted October 8, 2007 I bought some 307 HDi brakes about 8 months ago and I have finally got round to using them. I have dipped them in some rust remover and wire brushed them all over. Unfortunately without thinking I have painted them with Hammerite's "No.1 Rust Remover" or whatever it is called which is a thick primer and rust passivater. Before I go any further, do I need to remove this and only use a high temperature primer or will this be ok? I won't be using the car for track days (I don't think so anyway) and I tend to only use the car at weekends for b-road runs. Thanks Rob
