Guest stephen406 Posted September 17, 2007 Hi All My fan for the rad starts to run the minute i start the car??? Were should the small wire with a spade connector from the alternator go??? Mine seems to go along and join the wires for the fan.. Any one make any sense of this very rough wiring... How much should be cut off a mi16 inlet manifold to help it fit in a 205? Thanks in advance.. Cheers Stephen
danpug 1 Posted September 18, 2007 I can't help with your wiring issue but if i were you i'd cut your rad cowling and tilt your rad rather than modifying your manifold.
Guest stephen406 Posted September 18, 2007 Hi Thanks for the reply. Is shorting the inlet manifold a bad idea or does it affect the performance??? The rad has beed lowered and very untidy. I though getting the manifold ajusted would let the rad sit were it should be........ Cheers Stephen
danpug 1 Posted September 18, 2007 I'm unsure how much it really affects performance. If you can do the welding yourself then go for it but from a money point of view i'd just modify the cowling personally.

Guest stephen406 Posted September 18, 2007 Hi The wire that runs from the alternator back through the bulkhead to the brown multi plug. Is this 12v switched live ???? Is there a certain part of the multi plug it should be connected??? Cheers Stephen
