Guest stephen406 Posted September 14, 2007 Hi All I have just bought a mi16 converted pug 205 and i am trying to tidy up the wiring. One prob i have found is there is a sensor pluging into the exhaust the wiring from the sensor is not conected to the wiring of the car. There is a plug close by but it looks to be a different connection and does not reach. The engine is from a BX and as far as i know so is the loom??? Thanks in advance for any help... Cheers Stephen
ORB 227 1 Cars Posted September 14, 2007 is your car a later year job ??
pug_ham 244 3 Cars Posted September 15, 2007 It sounds like someone has used a downpipe from a different car & made it fit yours. The BX 16v never came with a Lambda sensor afaik so your loom won't have a plug to fit it. Graham.

pug_ham 244 3 Cars Posted September 15, 2007 Yes, you can either leave the lambda sensor fittted or get a bolt the rigth thread, block the hole off & forget about it. Graham.
