chesney 0 Posted September 12, 2007 If you mean where the arch meets the inner arch then just cut out the rusty bits and weld in a new section to fill the gap. The inner arch and 1/4 panel are not welded in this area. Just underseal and bond that makes the joint! I will be doing this to both sides of mine soon and will post up repair pics.
