Gti6 Conversion Which Clutch?

What clutch is best to use when fitting a gti6 engine to a 205 1.9BE3 box, as i was gonna use a GTi6 clutch with a BE3 release bearing but IIRC do the GTi6 clutches have the release bearing part of the pressure plate? Which clutches has any one used?? Cheers

GTi-6 friction plate and Mi16 clutch cover is what I've used when I've helped friends out with their conversions

so can i use a complete mi clutch otherwise gotta but 2 clutches already have a new GTi6 valeo clutch but if i can fit a complete miclutch with be3 release bearing i will chuck the 6 clutch on ebay??

Don't see any reason why you couldn't use an Mi friction plate as well - I used the GTi-6 ones as they came with the engines and had plenty of material left on them, whereas I didn't have any serviceable Mi friction plates at the time.

Make sure you get the early 1.9 mi clutch though

I used the complete Gti6 assy on mine as it was like new,had to use a converted cable tho and a later stye gearbox with the ears on the housing to bolt the reverse pull bracket to.
