Spiky 37 Posted August 25, 2007 just seen these on the autofive website 13ST020 Bilstein Streetline suspension kit £194.00 seems a good price
Spiky 37 Posted August 25, 2007 ok found them cheaper ONLY £175.50 (inc VAT) Delivery on this item is £12.00 http://www.europerformance.co.uk/pages/pro...;sub_category=1 anyone beat this price?
Bonzai 2 Posted August 25, 2007 iirc the streetline are only something like 10% "better" (dont know the correct term :s) than standard items. I've got the gaz adjustables with -30mm apex springs, i find them a little crashy on the road, you absolutely have to avoid any pothole, drain cover etc, on track they seem pretty happy for what is essentially a budget setup
welshpug 1,675 Posted August 25, 2007 peugeot o.e or bilstein sprint line.

jtek 0 Posted August 25, 2007 had a gaz non coilover set on my 306 and was very impressed with them, got another set on order for the 205, seem fairly well built and and the adjustment seemed to make a difference. gutted i sold the 306 with them on before i found out they would fit the 205 too.. Spiky 37 Posted August 25, 2007 Please have a search for the Streetline's just to find out how bad the rear's are But before anyone can sugest anything we need to know your budget ok never really had a budget but that comment alone has now put me off i have seen a comment from you about using OE rears, i'm quite happy to fit just rears, as this the area which is dodgy so OE 205 or 306???? if 306 is a perticualy model? Miles 331 1 Cars Posted August 26, 2007 Something that I havn;t done personally but in theory it 's a good idea is to use K6 Peugeot 306 GTi rear dampers as they are a direct fit and uprated over std 205 ones
Spiky 37 Posted August 27, 2007 well a friend has some 306 shocks which i'm going to use until i sort out what to use. miles, for my track car, not spending over 300, what would you suggest??
Miles 331 1 Cars Posted August 27, 2007 Maybe the Koni Top Adjustable's as these are about £98.00 each, then the Pug K6 or Koni rear's at £76.00 each (prices from my failing memory) but this get's you above your budget, I;ve never liked the Koni rear's persoanlly but the front's are good. You could use the Bilstein Streetline front's but for a track car nit really that well suited
