skinner2k3 3 Posted August 2, 2007 I have been looking into this recently as I think I may have fitted a 1.6 cam to my 1.9. The early 1.6 cams are easy to spot as they have chamfered lobes. The later 115bhp 1.6 cams have around 5 degrees less duration and I have had mixed opinions regaring whether or not it will make any difference. I have a late 1.6 cam and a 1.9 cam on my bench in the garage and I 'll be damned if I can see a difference. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
