Guest firenzaman Posted July 29, 2007 Does anyone know how to tell the difference between 205 gti and 309 gti lower front wishbones. Is there a code on them or is it just a matter of measuring. Could you fit a 309 to a 205 by mistake and if so what would be difference be if any when fitting it.

Miles 331 1 Cars Posted July 30, 2007 The 205 ones all seem to be ribbed the 309 one's are plain
Sandy 191 Posted July 30, 2007 Originally 309 ones were ribbed and some pattern ones are. Peugeot no longer supply ribbed replacements though, in fact the last set I ordered looked so like the pattern ones I've got, I refused them (at £185 a side, don't take the pi££!) brianthemagical 1 Posted July 30, 2007 you'll always be trying to straighten the wheel everytime you go to a different side of the car, it is quite noticable.
