Front Fog Lamps Problems

Hi guys,

Bought a 205 gti 1.9 yesturday phase 2, i cant get the two front fog lights to work though.

I didnt have a owners handbook with the car, so am i right on thinking the round foglight button that puts my rear fog light on, should put my fronts on aswell?

Thought id ask before i start exploring.

they aren't fog lights, they are driving lights and they only come on when engaging or flashing your high beam head lights.
