Full leather seats are nice but when its cold they are cold and when its baking hot they are really hot!!

Half leathers are a good alternative which I prefer.

He has a point, but with full leather once you feed them you open your door everytime to the yummy smell ;);)

Never tried full leathers before but apparently they dont hold you in place very well when thrashing around corners. My choice would be half leathers

As said above, my car was like a bloody skating ring with full leather in it, so much so that i actually had a passenger pull the grab handle off the roof because he was having to hold on so hard! Gone back to half leather now. Full leather does look pretty nice though!

I use the cream from alpinestars that came with motorcyle leathers. The best stuff in the world, keeps the leather soft and smelling gorgeous. Availabe from all good motorcycle accesory shops.

The guys on the Fiat Coupe forum (FCCUK) are all obsessed with Gliptone for their leather.

I used to use this years ago, but don't find it very good

I now use the Gliptone stuff and it's really good, only available on line though :) Has a separate leather cleaner too

Agree, has to be full leather for your seats.

If it's too cold then switch on the heated seats and if it's too warm, turn on the Aircon

Either 205 leathers, goodwoods or citreon XM seats.....I have the 205 leathers and XM seats :D. Id of thought your looking at a ALLOT of money to retrim seats.

405 fronts and 205 rears - just removed as they hurt my knees on reasonable length trips. These did allow lots of sliding around, but goodwoods hold you better.Just to be different, I'm sticking with cloth, doesn't look half as good but more comfortable (IMO) and no hot / cold issues. Had them also in a CTI- big mistake in summer

my biased opinion is obviously to go with the roland garros half leathers  by far the sexiest of the 205 seats , if you can find a set that is ! :)

About summerises my experience - I found the Autoglym leather stuff made my seats go "creamy" and looked 10 times worse than they did (and didn't feel any softer either) whereas the Gliptone stuff is very good and makes a noticeable improvement in just a single application - highly recommended and pretty cleap too!

I have had both and although the half leathers are more comfortable in terms of temperature the goodwood leathers are much comfier overall. And even then I dont find them a huge problem whenits cold/hot as the temperature soon equalises. The goodwoods are definitely better in terms of overall comfort though, and with the bolsters wound in Ive never had a problem sliding about in them either.

And I use the Gliptone leather cleaner/conitioner as well. It works very well and regains that leather smell as well which is nice.
