Ryan 99 Posted July 21, 2007 Theye were missing from the replacement beam I bought so I had to make my own - just some strips of metal about an inch wide and 3 inches long, twisted through 90 deg in the middle.

Ryan 99 Posted July 21, 2007 Not the best picture, but you can probably see what I mean. I didn't have anything to compare it to so I just made what fits. I think it's bolted into one of the holes for the disc backplates, which I don't have.

skeggyrik 3 Posted July 23, 2007 Don't shear the bolt that holds the mount to the trailing arm and secures disc guards like I did the other day! Most annoying. Got that job to look forward to. They are the only original fixings I've reused so far, typical. It' s broken off about 3mm into the bolt hole so I can't even cut a slot in it to try and wind it out. It will also have to be done on the car as I'm not taking the beam off the car again or pulling it apart!
