Hello !

Please boys i need some help :

Today i was cleaning injectors (ultrasonic) and my car was running great when i got back from car mechanic workshop and when i was driving today , then tonight 8 hours later i sit in the car start the engine and : S***T it starts very strange with ba-ba-ba-ba... sound from exhaust little bit vibration felt trough the car body like it runs just on the 3 cylinders ?!?! and with strong smell of the unburned fuel ... but it does not misfire when driving and does not smoke ..

I've been out now and try to fix this by changing all sorts of things like :

other spare AFM

injectors

leads

dizzy cap and rotor arm

another coil and igntition amp.

check connectors on the injectors and AFM

i have spark on all leads , fuel spraying also nothing blocked ..

but it still does that :(:(

can this be burned valve or piston ring ? (please no i will kill myself B) if it is ..) i've rebuild this engine few months ago and didn't have any troubles .. since tonight ..)

I don't understand how was this happend so suddenly :P:)

Wtf should i do next ?

Leak down or compression test is a good idea.

Hi !

I've found what is wrong : they fried one injector when they was cleaning them ultrasonicaly :) , i've fit another set of injectors and car runs normal on all 4 cylinders ..

But i don't understand how can injector broke when they clean them ?! :( maybe because they left them cleaning too long ?!?!

strange

did they remove the end caps? maybe they have bent the needle when refitting? Id make them sort it out/replace.

No , they didn't remove the caps but they left them cleaning on the cleaning machine a bit long :( around 15-20min.

But i can see some sort of filter at the top of the injector inside , is this removable/replacement part like the rubber injector O rings ? :) ..
