Xantia Activa Wiring Loom

Recommended Posts

Guest am_i_mad?

Hey Guys

I have been reading up the topics on doing the 2.0 engine conversion. They have been very useful. Now know the LONG list of parts i will need. lol.

I have bought a mk2 xantia. The one without the imobiliser keypad. Just wanted to know how (IF) they can be unlocked or if this cannot be done what bits i will need to bring accross from the xantia. I have already fully removed the engine bay loom and my mate said i have to remove a load of gubbings from the can too.

Any help on this would be spot on.

Cheers guys

Jamie

The Mk2 ECU would have to be unlocked for it to work, unless you were able to transfer the whole transponder wiring over to the new car and remove the chip in the key. This may be difficult and i dont know anyone who has tried it.

You dont need anymore of the loom as you will end up cutting the original multiplugs off the Xantia loom anyway.

If you do a search there are plenty of wiring diagrams etc on here.

Probably best phoning if your in a rush, as I know He's a busy man and usually in demand!

As for your flywheel try some online breakers/ebay or have a search through the for sale section on here.

It took me a while to source every part for this conversion too...
