Distance Between Front Chassis Legs

Ive taken the old rusted front panel off, and spent a good amount of time bashing and sanding etc etc and im pretty sure the distance between the legs is now out abit

 

The new front panel is a good 10-15mm too short between the chassis legs, just abit worried hehe

 

If anyone has a chance could they measure thiers please? Preferrably right at the front of the legs where they meet the front panel.

Can I just ask you - did you buy the new front panel complete, rather than in the four sections? Was it a Peugeot one or a Hadrian (or other non-genuine) part?

 

The reason I ask, is because I recently tried fitting a Hadrian front panel and it was miles out. The lower section had been welded on incorrectly from the 'factory', and was never going to line up. We ended up unpicking all the welds and re doing it in the correct position.

yeah its a hadrian complete panel. Ok thats semi-good news, atleast its not the car, cheers dude!
