SamGTi 0 Posted July 9, 2007 If my 205 has ben driven in the rain and has got wet underneath it won't start for a couple of days until it has dried out completely, then it starts fine again. There is just no power to the starter at all (fuel pump whines and dash lights come on but there is nothing else). I presume this must be electrical so what is getting wet in my car that won't allow it to start? And it's not the brown multiplug as that's wrapped up! jackherer 543 Posted July 9, 2007 And it's not the brown multiplug as that's wrapped up! sure its not trapping water? if its not the multiplug then its probably the spade connector on the starter itself. And if its not that then check the earth on the gearbox.
