Hi. I'v got a chance to make up some goodridge hoses at work and i was just wondering do they really make that much of a difference or am i just wasting my time. Thanks.

They improve the pedal feel by not flexing as much as rubber ones and of course look professional :)

i think they make a decent difference and especially if your old rubber hoses aren't at their best - firms up the pedal

something to think about at the same time is renewing the master cylinder - i think it's a sensible precaution having myself suffered m/c failure after upgrading to stainless hoses; there'll be an explanation on search somewhere

the m/c is looking a bit tired now and is starting to leak when the brakes are really tested (15 mins around combe with me at the wheel :P ) whilst i'm at it should i replace the servo as well? as i dont wanna go through the hassle of changing the m/c and then a few months later have the servo fail.
