monty69 6 Posted June 22, 2007 I recently bought a 205 with s16 engine on twin 45s. It got 280mm brakes but the servo assistance is dogger - my 1ltr 106 stops sharper! The servo take-off is only from one port, is this the reason for the crap servo? It running a dizzy on the inlet cam and the exhaust cam is blanked, along with a blanking plug for vac pump oil return? I think the cams are mi16 if it runs a dizzy? So basically would it be possible to run a vac pump from exhaust cam or have 4 manifold take-offs into 1? Once it stops i hope to join you guys in the meets and events! Richie-Van-GTi 71 2 Cars Posted June 23, 2007 you would be better with 4 ports into one but ideally you want to be running the s16 vac pump, not sure if it can be done with a dizzy set up though.
monty69 6 Posted June 23, 2007 Sorted it. Must have had a tiny air leak from vac advance which runs from servo. Now i just touch the brake pedal an im hitting me head on windscreen
