Does A Citroen Zx 16v Have A Seperate Engine Loom?

As per topic title.

 

Would wiring be as easy as with BX-sourced MI16 engines ?

Not sure what you mean by the title, but i've done the conversion from a Zx, and its no harder than a 1.9 mi.

yes the zx loom is on a couple of multiplugs in the engine bay from what I remember. Easiest loom to remove is from a 306.

Yep its like the BX and 306,it just unplugs from the various points / feeds / earths etc,nice n easy !

yep, one large round multiplug and a couple of smaller ones, and if you do break one I'll buy some ZX body panels off if they're any good!

 

this is all there is - 30-04-07_1722.jpg (one of which is a diag plug and sits in the engine bay fusebox)
