Mikey G 3 Posted June 14, 2007 I have heard a lot of Mi's with a lifter rattle, it is a fairly common problem. Try a different oil as a slightly thinner cold oil may work better, if your using 10w-40 trying going down to 5w-40. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Arahan 4 Posted June 15, 2007 A mate of mine had the same thing on his CRX, turned out his exhaust manifold was the culprit, as it was not quite as tight as it should be!
